Two Unique Journeys for Different Seekers:
January vs. November
1. January: A Contemplative Journey of Deep Meditation and Reflection (15 days)
This journey is designed for those who feel called to embrace deep stillness and contemplation. Over the course of 15 days, you will immerse yourself in a transformative experience that centers around silence, self-inquiry, and introspection.
- 7-Day Ashram Stay: A sacred stay in a traditional ashram, where daily meditation, pranayama, and spiritual rituals guide you inward to rediscover your essence.
- Daily Practices: Morning meditation, breathwork, guided self-inquiry, and sacred ceremonies by the Ganges are all part of this deeply reflective journey.
- Sacred Silence: You will experience the power of silence as a tool for profound transformation, creating space for personal breakthroughs.
- Physical Requirements: While this journey is contemplative in nature, a healthy physical condition is necessary for nature walks in the beautiful surroundings of Rishikesh.

2. November: An Active Journey with Trekking and Meditation (15 days)
For the more physically active seeker, this 15-day journey blends spiritual practice with a 6-day trekking adventure through the Himalayas. This is for those who wish to connect with their essence through movement, nature, and active meditation.
- Shorter Ashram Stay: After a brief stay in the ashram for meditation and self-inquiry, you’ll embark on a trekking experience that merges physical challenge with spiritual exploration.
- 6-Day Himalayan Trekking: Walk easily accessible trails at altitudes above 3000 meters, where the majesty of the mountains and the rhythm of your footsteps guide you into a deep state of active meditation.
- Active Meditation: Experience walking meditation and contemplation as you trek, integrating the spiritual and the physical for deeper transformation.
- Physical Requirements: A good physical condition is required, as the trekking will take place at higher altitudes and involve daily walking.
